Immy (doctor) and Abi (pilates instructor and retail worker) will be looking for an equally lovely housemate to join the flat instead. We often watch telly together in the evenings, go to gigs, and generally hang out and want our new housemate to join in! We love a cozy night in and an early bedtime.

5 min walk from the beach (near the West pier/peace statue)
Spacious, top floor with a slither of a sea view from the balcony.
3 beds 1 bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.
Flat came unfurnished and housemate moving out will be taking their stuff with them (most of the communal furniture).
Parking is Zone M.
