Lovely Double Room in Friendly Professional House | Poets Corner, Hove

A lovely double room is available in a friendly, sociable house in the popular Poets Corner area of Hove.

You'll be sharing with four lovely professionals who get on really well and enjoy having a nice, welcoming home to come back to. We're looking for someone friendly, considerate and sociable who would enjoy being part of the house and is ideally working similar hours to the rest of us.

The House

The house has a spacious kitchen/diner which opens out onto a paved outdoor area with a BBQ, table and chairs. It's a great space to enjoy a meal together, have a drink in the garden or catch up with housemates.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. There's also a comfortable lounge with large sofas and a 55" HD TV, perfect for relaxing after work.

The Location

The house is ideally located for commuting, with Aldrington station just a 2-minute walk away and Hove station around 10 minutes away. There are also excellent bus links along Portland Road, making it easy to get into Brighton and travel along the coast.

Hove seafront is just a 10-minute walk away, so you're never far from the beach!

The property is in parking zone R, with residents' parking permits available on the same day.

Rent and Bills

The rent includes all bills, including gas, electricity, council tax, water and high-speed Wi-Fi. A cleaner is also provided for the communal areas, helping to keep the house looking lovely.

Who We're Looking For

We're hoping to find someone who is friendly, easy-going, tidy and considerate, and who enjoys living in a sociable house. We're lucky to have a great group of housemates who get along really well, and we'd love to find someone who fits in just as nicely.

The room is for single occupancy and is ideally suited to a working professional.
