Large Double Room In A Beautiful House In Hove

This House share is for FEMALES ONLY please due to current housemate preference .( sharing with myself , Jasna and Nicola ) Hello , i have 1 large double room for rent , large double glazed windows , blackout blind and curtains, new double bed with draws, the whole house is brilliantly refurbished and has all mod cons. The double room has tv , , the lounge has virgin TiVo and the house has wifi(250 mb ) . The room has lots of storage and large wardrobes , i would like to find a female lodger who is clean and tidy, happy to share and with keeping house straight after yourself( my house cleaner comes once a fortnight anyway to do all main areas ) I’m looking for someone long term pref but happy to talk about time scale. House has lovely garden and decking area , there's free road parking , it's on the main bus route (no 5 5a 5b), various shops ,chemist ,doctor, library, pub at end of road. Portslade train station is 10 mins walk away , thanks for reading and see you soon , PLEASE NOTE I always do 2 visits of any potential new lodger here to ensure it’s the right place and person for us both and the other girls , please ensure you have a Spareroom profile set up . I I will be getting a couple of new cats at some point , so please be aware if this if you have an allergy to cats ect . Also just a small note , this is my home and not to be used as an office ideally , so I prefer NO remote / home/ hybrid working here , but I can accommodate a few days a month if needed at a cost of £20 per day to cover costs as an office , regards neil
