There's a contemporary lounge as well as shared dining area and brand new kitchen which you may use for light cooking. Of course, your rooms will be cleaned and there'll be fresh sheets and towels weekly.
All bills, high speed broadband and council tax are included and, whilst on-street parking is mostly free and plentiful it's for permit holders 2 hours a day; permits are easily available if needed. If your vehicle is electric there is a public EV charger within 50m.
Hove Park is a leafy residential area of mostly large detached houses to the north of Hove station and west of Dyke Road. It offers rapid access into and out of the city and offers plenty of local amenities. There's plenty of on-road parking and we're just 5 mins from the A27/A23, a short walk from Hove and Preston Park stations and close to 2 bus routes into Brighton and Hove; also, 5 mins from Hove Park and City Park business hub and Waitrose..
