The room is furnished with European length double (ie: longer than a normal double), wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Newly painted.
In a quirkiness of design, the bedrooms are off the kitchen.

The kitchen has everything you'd expect, including a dishwasher and microwave. Pots, pans, crockery etc there for your use.

The bathroom has both a large bath and a separate shower.
I do the gardening, so unless you like mowing/weeding and desperately want to, that's not something you need to do!

I'm a singer and singing teacher. At the moment, half of my work is online at home in the living room. It is separated from the rest of the house by the hallway, so the noise shouldn't be a problem but it does mean the living room isn't available to you. It may be possible that I will be doing face-to-face teaching from home there in September, so someone who doesn't work from home at that point would be preferable. I've put the rent at a lower rate to reflect these things.

Living with me and a cat. He's very vocal, affectionate, playful and very gentle.

I'm happy to chat over a cup of tea or a glass of wine but I do like my own space. It's a big flat, so that's possible. I keep things clean and tidy and would be grateful if you would do, too. No smokers or couples please. Females preferred.
