Double room in lovely big 2-bed Victorian flat, a minute's walk to Hove Park, 5-7 minutes' walk to Hove train station.

Allocated (free) off-street parking space (no permit necessary). Safe space to store a bike, too. Bills included.

Flexible with dates from 20th November. Available until 23rd January. Minimum stay 4 weeks, maximum 2 months.

I teach singing in the living room, so that room will usually only be available to you after 6pm, sometimes later, most weekdays. It also means I would prefer someone who goes out to work on weekdays and doesn't work from home.

In a quirkiness of design, the bedrooms are off the kitchen. Because of this, women only please, and no couples.

I have a very vocal and affectionate cat. He (mostly!) makes up for the meowing with his cuddles. He WILL go into your room!

The room is furnished with European length double (ie: longer than a normal double), wardrobe, bedside cabinet and lamp. Bedding is available if needed.

The newly-fitted bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, as well as everything else you'd expect. Crockery etc available for your use.

Someone who likes to keep things clean would be great. No smokers or couples please.

I think I'm pretty friendly and I'm happy to chat etc. It's important we get on. I also need my space - and will respect yours.
