A light, newly carpeted double room in a 4 bed house share, to live with 3 other working professionals - 2 female and 1 male.

The house is in an excellent location in central Hove - just 5 mins walk to Hove station and 2 minutes walk to George Street shopping and Tescos supermarket.

The house has all the mod cons and a large shared lounge with Virgin TV. There is also a courtyard garden to the rear.

The rent is £645pcm which includes all bills and also covers council tax and a cleaner once a fortnight.

This also covers 350MB of wireless broadband throughout the house. I've recently had new carpets and underlay fitted in bedroom.

The room is part furnished with a wardrobe, built in sink and bed base (which can be removed if needed). I don't supply mattresses for hygiene reasons.

The room is for one person and is available now.

I'm looking for a clean, tidy, considerate sharer, with references. One months rent is required as deposit which will be registered with the DPS.

The house is more suited for a female but I also have a very large master double bedroom available in St. Andrews Rd, Portslade, with an ensuite jacuzzi bathroom which would suite a male better.
