Rent is £645pcm which incl. all bills, and also covers council tax and a cleaner 1 x fortnight.
This also covers 350MB of wireless broadband throughout the house. I've recently had new carpets and underlay fitted in bedroom.

Room is part furnished with a wardrobe, built in sink and bed base (which can be removed if needed). I don't supply mattresses for hygiene reasons.
The room is only for one person and is available from 23rd October 2025.
