There is currently 1 room available, Room 3, which is on the first floor, at the front of the house. There are fitted wardrobes, chests of drawers, tv cabinet and desk & chair.

There are two shared bathrooms, and three toilets. The first floor bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, the ground floor has a shower only.
The second floor has a toilet and hand basin only

The kitchen is large with plenty of storage space for food plus a large American fridge freezer and separate fridge/freezer as well.
There is an induction hob, double electric oven, inverter microwave, slow cooker and a dishwasher
The kitchen is fully equipped with all plates, pots, pans, bowls, utensils plus other labour saving devices such as blender and food mixer
Laundry
There is a separate utility area which contains a tumble dryer and a Miele washing machine.

The lounge and kitchen are open plan. The lounge area has a sofa, 50 inch 4k LED TV, with internet TV via an amazon firestick.

Local buses run frequently into town and other areas from in front of the house. Brighton centre is about 20 mins away on the bus.

There is a local shopping precinct about 3 mins walk away which has a large pub which serves food (the Grenadier), a Tesco, Co-op, Boots the chemist, various take aways and other shops
Boundary Road shopping area is about 15 mins walk away with all its shops and pubs.
Hove lagoon and the the seafront is about 25 mins walk.
