Central, short let

Short let, available for up to 5 months only, though may be available longer
Single/small double room in 2nd (top) floor flat, great quiet but central location, border of B&H, minute or so to Hove lawns and the beach, couple minutes' walk from Western Rd shops and buses, including direct bus to rail station/universities, and a brisk 10-15 minute walk to Churchill Sq.

Room has small double (4ft bed), large wardrobe/cupboard, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
There is broadband, a washing machine, but sorry no tumble drier! nor is there a dishwasher both of which I appreciate could be a deal breaker for some!

The flat is compact, so, preference for someone who goes to work/college, not available for home worker, the kitchen is available to you , currently there is no communal lounge
Currently the room is only available till May, it may be available longer, however atm I can't guarantee that, so please base any interest you may have on the fact it is a short let only, and you may need to vacate by then.

We are a gay male couple, we are friendly but tend to keep to ourselves so wouldn't suit anyone looking for shared activities/constant interaction.

I have indicated preference for a male.
