Short let, currently available for 3 to 6 months only (can be available for just 1-2 months at £850 month)
Single/small double room in 2nd (top) floor flat, great quiet but central location, border of B&H, minute or so to Hove lawns and the beach, couple minutes' walk from Western Rd shops and buses, including direct bus to rail station/universities, and a brisk 10-15 minute walk to Churchill Sq.

Room has small double (4ft bed), large wardrobe/cupboard, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
There is broadband, a washing machine, but sorry no tumble drier! nor is there a dishwasher both of which I appreciate could be a deal breaker for some!
There is no lift, there are two flights of stairs, one external and one internal.

The flat is compact, so, preference for someone who goes out to work/college 5 days a week, if however you do wish to be at the flat during the day, there would be a charge of £35 week towards additional expenses., total £840 a month.

Included in price is full use of living room, however I do appreciate that either through preference or to reduce costs some may wish to forego use of communal living area, just using kitchen/bedroom, if that is your preference and you are out at work/college, the rent would be reduced to £600, if you intend to work study from here however, it would be an additional £35 week so total £740 a month

Currently the room is only available until September, it may be available longer, however atm I can't guarantee that, so please base any interest you may have on the fact it is a short let only, and you may need to vacate by then.

I live here with my partner, so you would be sharing with 2 gay men of mixed age,.
I have indicated preference for a male, for no other reason than practicality in such a small flat with a shared bathroom, so is not available to couples…. Sorry

If of interest, please make it clear when responding, you understand the timeframe the flat is available, and the likely time you would be interested in, whether you want full use of flat or the reduction for not having access to living room, and also whether you wish to wfh/study at a supplement
