You:
Chilled, friendly, positive woman with a conscious attitude to sharing and a healthy lifestyle. Non-smoking (herbs ok occasionally but nothing heavy please ;) )

You're looking for long-term, and you're a working professional, preferably over 30.

You clean up after yourself, you like to be conscious of your environment and contribute to house maintenance (we have a rota).

We like this to be a homely place to come back to where we can chill and enjoy ourselves in an inviting space :)

Guests, friends and gatherings are most welcome but this definitely isn't a party house!

About us:
I work as a mindset and personal development coach, mostly online from home.

Otherwise I'm into art (one day I intend to get back to painting, hopefully you'll like the ones hung around the flat), travel, music, festies, personal development, films (though we're not a fan of TV and there's no massive screen in the shared space)... and I'm often in London at wknds partying to psy-trance music.

Carla, works 9-5 as a web designer and she's chilled and friendly but also likes to keep to herself a lot of the time.

Would be super nice to find someone we could make friends with, have a cup of tea with, but overall we spend most of our time on our own, each busy with our stuff and the flat is generally peaceful and quiet.

We both very rarely drink, though we can enjoy that rare glass of wine. We realise most people do drink and that's ok, but if it's a regular part of your daily life, this isn't the place for you.

The room:
Massive (I think it's 4.5m X 3.5m) and unfurnished. It's got a small additional storage space built in the wall and a nice big window so there's lots of light.

The flat:
A really sweet, bit quirky place, over 3 floors. Nice sit-in kitchen with lots of light. We use the attic space as our sitting/chilling area and it's also a place where overnight guests can stay.

To keep the place nice and homely we also have a strict 'no shoes' policy.

It's in the best area of Kemptown - St. George's on the east side, right by small cafes, a corner co-op, and great Thai food right on our doorstep.

2 mins walk to buses and the hospital. 25mins walk to the station or 15mins on the bus. No outdoor space but compensated by lots of light and a 2 min walk to the beach! :)

Money stuff:
£550 before bills, which are £135 on top (incl. council tax, water, electricity & gas and wifi).

No crazy agency fees but you'll still sign an agreement and have to pay one month in advance and a deposit, provide refs etc.
