The house is currently on the market, so it will only suit someone who’s looking for a short-term lodging agreement. There’s no certainty that it will sell, in which case you can keep living there. If, and that’s a big IF it sells. Rightmove say that it takes between 3 & 5 months to complete a transaction, so you’ll have plenty of time to find somewhere to live in the event that someone buys it.
The house is friendly, mutually respectful and calm. It's also mainly vegetarian, though eating preferences are respected by all. Currently there’re 3 housemates, 1 woman & 2 men. All are quiet, mindful and lead healthy lifestyles.
The south-facing bedroom is at the top of the house, with the possible use of an adjacent room that has a desk and chair for your use.
Kitchen/cooking agreements: wash, dry and put away what you use and clean the kitchen when you use it, so that it's welcoming to your housemate.
There's a laundry with washing machine and dryer, though given the cost of energy, its not a great idea to use the dryer. There’s a washing line outside that does the job..
You’re also more than welcome to use the lower ground floor lounge and dining area. You’ll have use of the bathroom/shower & toilet on the first floor and there’s a shower in the lower ground floor as well. All areas are kept clean by the housemate.
The energy comes from a renewables energy provider, with sheep's wool insulation installed in the loft. The energy costs are shared equally between everyone. The immersion water that services water for the bathroom is on Economy 7.
