Lovely Georgian house in Kemptown. 20 Minutes walk to the Pavilion and 5 minutes to the sea and also to Brighton Hospital on Eastern Road. It has a small outside area that’s perfect now that springs almost here.
The house is friendly, mutually respectful and calm. It's also mainly vegetarian, though eating preferences are respected by all. Currently there’re 3 housemates, 1 woman & 2 men. All are quiet, mindful and lead healthy lifestyles.
The south-facing bedroom is at the top of the house.
Kitchen/cooking agreements: wash, dry and put away what you use and clean the kitchen when you use it, so that it's welcoming to your housemate.
There's a laundry with washing machine and dryer, with a washing line outside that does the job.
You’re also more than welcome to use the lower ground floor lounge and dining area. You’ll have use of the bathroom/shower & toilet on the first floor and there’s a shower in the lower ground floor as well. All areas are kept clean by the housemate.
The energy comes from a renewables energy provider, with sheep's wool insulation installed in the loft. The energy costs are shared equally between everyone. The immersion water that heats water for the bathroom is on Economy 7 cheaper rate to help manage costs. Water bills are also divided equally but the Council tax is included.
