We’re looking for a clean, respectful, non-smoking female in full-time work to join our warm and welcoming vegetarian home on a long-term basis.

The room is light-filled, simply furnished with a double bed and a stripped wooden floor—a peaceful space to relax after a busy day.

Our home is well-equipped with:
• Fast wireless internet
• Washing machine
• A pretty garden – perfect for enjoying sunny days
• All bills included, including council tax (except phone)

We’re in a great location:
• Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a great park
• 25-minute walk to Brighton town centre
• On a charming high street with local shops, cafés, and excellent bus routes
• 15 minutes by bus to Brighton Station
• Close to Sussex County Hospital and the Marina
• Regular buses to Sussex University
