Mon-Fri only -Large Sunny Double in Family Home

Sunny, bright spacious double room available, right at the top of our large family home. The room has a big window with views over back gardens and up to the racecourse.
There is a convenient shower room next door so you don't have to use the family bathroom on the floor below.

You will share our open-plan and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and bright conservatory, and are welcome to enjoy the small sunny gardens at the front and back of the house. We have superfast unlimited Virgin broadband, which is included in the price, as well as all bills. For an extra sum we could consider including cleaning and some home-cooked meals.

We're located in the delightful Queens Park area of Brighton. It's quiet and leafy, but quick and easy to get to the city centre and really handy for the Royal Sussex hospital and Kemptown. It’s 2 minutes walk to the park, 10 minutes to the beach and about 25 minutes’ walk, or a short bus ride into town or to the station. On-street parking band C permits are available from the council.

We are a friendly family of four, mum and dad both work from home. We have two well-behaved older kids, one at school and one at college.
We're pretty quiet and tend to go to bed early in the week, although the house is so large that it’s easy for everyone to do their own thing without it impacting anyone else too much.
We’re used to having lodgers or au-pairs living with us and we’re happy to share our space.

This is a family home, so obviously it's not suitable if you're looking for a party house, but if you'd like to live in a clean, warm and homely environment, we would love to welcome you.
