Double loft room in laid back Victorian house

Our lovely lodger is leaving and so we are looking for preferably a female professional or student to share our lovely home. Stripped wooden floors, Large kitchen, garden and roof terrace… cool retro Bathroom and separate shower room, downstairs loo… bills included. We have a friendly cat who roams. Transport is easy with a bus stop round the corner and at the bottom of the road, plus there is always parking outside, and we are a 10 minute walk from Kemptown village and the beach.
