I have a lovely double room to rent in my house near Queen's Park.

The room has a double bed, bed side table and two built in wardrobes with shelving and hanging space. You would be sharing with one other tenant, the family bathroom which is clean and modern with a large shower and bath. The living space is open plan and there is a fully equipped kitchen.

Lovely, friendly residential street with no through traffic so very quiet. Also benefits from close proximity to woodland at the end of the street with scenic walks, views and access to the South Downs.

Less than 10 minutes walk to Brighton Hospital and the sea front, and 20 minutes walk to the town centre. No. 2 bus stop at the end of the road. Permit street parking available.

I am an architect commuting to London 3 days a week. I enjoy travelling, walking, running, trying new cafes and restaurants in Brighton, and carry out volunteering. I am looking to find a friendly, clean and considerate professional. Advertising for full time living until the end of this year. Bills and council tax will be shared.

I already have a lovely tenant living with me who is an A&E nurse, working a mix of day and night shifts. She loves the outdoors and enjoys running, cycling, swimming and surfing. She enjoys evenings out, going to gigs but also quiet nights in.
