A little about the flat
I'm looking for someone to share my home in Brighton, where I've lived for 14 years.
The generous double bedroom is on the top floor, right next to the bathroom, giving you a lovely sense of privacy and an almost self-contained feel. The room is currently furnished, but could be unfurnished if preferred.
The bedroom is considerably larger than my own, giving you plenty of personal space to relax and unwind. The lounge is shared, cosy and already furnished, with the character and belongings of a much-loved, established home.
The flat is calm, relaxed and full of character. I enjoy a clean, respected home, and am looking for someone who feels similarly. It's not a party house — I've done plenty of that in my time! — although I'm always happy with a friendly tipple now and again. ☺️
A little about me and the kind of person I'm looking for
I'm a young-at-heart 47-year-old, working full-time as a creative and performer. I have an active life of my own and really value having my own space and independence.
I'd love to find a considerate, mature-minded woman, or someone with a gentle, compatible energy, who also has their own work, interests and social life outside the flat.
It would be lovely to have a friendly chat or a cup of tea when we're both around, while also respecting each other's privacy and having plenty of time to ourselves. I'm looking for someone who enjoys having a comfortable home base but isn't looking to spend all day, every day, in the flat.

We're on the border of Hanover and Kemptown, close to a beautiful park, the beach and some lovely local cafés. There are good transport connections to the nearby hospitals and towards Gatwick Airport, so the flat could suit an NHS professional, cabin crew member or another working professional with an active lifestyle.
