Furnished double room sharing in two-bedroom first floor flat with 45yo female landlady. Includes parking space if needed, and indoor bike lockup. No pets because my lease does not allow it unfortunately. Fine to wfh. All bills included apart from electricity, which would be split between us.
I’m out at work most days and fairly busy evening and weekends, but very happy to hang out when in, or not, if you prefer! Viewings from mid-August, and move-in date flexible after that.
