Room with own bathroom in 2 bed flat

I’ve just moved into a flat with garden, very close to the seafront near Sea Lanes, the Hospital and Kemptown village. It has a private entrance and it’s a few steps to the beach.

It’s a 2 bedroom flat, it will only be you and I in the flat. The room is a small double, which will fit a wardrobe and double bed, I can provide these if you don’t have them already. There is some built in storage too.

There is loads of built in storage throughout the flat which you can use. The kitchen has a new washer/dryer, air fryer, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.
There is a 75 inch smart tv in the living room too.

I work away for 3 months at a time so you’ll have the flat to yourself during this time. I tend to work on a 3 months on, 3 months off basis. I also sometimes go away travelling during my leave for long periods. I am looking for a friendly, sociable housemate who enjoys living in a clean, tidy space.
There is a small garden to the back, as well as a shared communal garden out the front.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

Ideally looking for someone long term who I can trust to look after the place whilst I’m away.
I work with the Royal Navy hence why I’m away a lot.
I will be modernising the flat in the next few weeks, spotlights throughout and stone worktops in the kitchen.
On street parking available with permit (no waiting list)
Ideally you don’t work from home, don’t mind 1 day a week or so but I will likely be in during the day. Of course when I’m away you are free to work from home full time. Please reach out if you have any questions.
