Seafront spacious flat, close to Sea Lanes, the Hospital and Kemptown village. It has a private entrance and it’s a few steps to the beach.

It’s a 2 bedroom flat, it will only be you and I in the flat. The room is a small double, which will fit a wardrobe and double bed, I can provide these if you don’t have them already. There is some built in storage too.
There is loads of built in storage throughout the flat which you can use. The kitchen has a new washer/dryer, air fryer, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.
There is a 75 inch smart tv in the living room too.
I work away in Portsmouth for approx. 10 days a month. I am looking for a friendly, sociable lodger, who enjoys living in a clean, tidy space.
There is a small garden to the back, as well as a shared communal garden out the front.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
On street parking available with permit (no waiting list)
Ideally you don’t work from home, but I will likely be in during the day wfh. Of course when I’m away you are free to work from home. Please reach out if you have any questions.
