I’ve just moved into a 2 bed property a stones throw away from the seafront near Sea Lanes.
I work away for 3 months at a time so you’ll have the flat to yourself during this time. I tend to work on a 3 months on, 3 months off basis. I also sometimes go away travelling during my leave for long periods. I am looking for a friendly, sociable housemate who enjoys living in a clean, tidy space.
There is a small garden to the back, as well as a shared communal garden out the front.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Ideally looking for someone long term who I can trust to look after the place whilst I’m away.
I work with the Royal Navy hence why I’m away a lot. Ideally looking for LGBTQ+.
I will be modernising the flat in the next few weeks, spotlights throughout and stone worktops in the kitchen.
Ideally you don’t work from home, don’t mind 1 day a week or so but I will likely be in during the day. Please reach out if you have any questions.
