Double room in Kemptown- close to hospital and sea

Fully furnished double bedroom in Kemptown. The room is available from the end of September because I am going travelling for a year. Beautiful flat right in the middle of Kemptown village. It is very close to the beach and the hospital.

My housemate works nights and often works long shifts, so she is busy and out of the house quite a lot. We’re looking for someone who will help maintain a clean, peaceful and relaxed home environment.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen available for shared use.

Bathroom: Shared bathroom.
Working from home: The room is not suitable for someone who works from home
Guests: Occasional guests are welcome, including friends or a partner, but no more than twice per week.
Pets: No pets.
Cleaning: A cleaner comes once a week (£15 per week).
Bills: Roughly £165 a month. However, between January and March, my housemate will be living abroad. During this period, the person renting the room will be responsible for paying the utilities in full. Council tax and Wi-Fi will remain split 50/50.
Council tax: Band B
Parking: On street parking- Zone H

Agreement
The initial agreement will be for 3 months. After this, it will move to a rolling monthly agreement, with 1 month’s notice required by either party to end the arrangement.
