First-floor double room in Kemptown for rent

We are looking for a professional to join our house share. We have a modist, furnished double first-floor room available from the beginning of December!

Lots of natural light, a lovely rustic feel with a beautiful wooden framed bay window. Comes with a double bed, wardrobe, built in wall shelves, and storage space in the bay window seating.

The room is in a great location! The street is very quiet, sitting on the edge of Kemptown with easy access to the centre with the bus (around 15 mins) and just down the road from Royal Sussex County Hospital (5 min walk, perfect for hospital workers). Theres a Lidl right round the corner, the corner shop doubles as a post office, one street over from the local pharmacy, and its a quick 5 min walk down to the beach and to Brighton Marina.

About us: I'm Ethan, 27, and I work full-time as nurse in Royal Sussex. I run most days i'm not working, love a day trip to museums/cafes/nearby towns, and always keen for a movie night. Mylo is 27, an Actor-Musician and freelance performing arts tutor. He will also be working with a travelling panto group come winter, and when not working likes to play football, chill in coffee shops, and watch films.

We like to hang out together in the living room or kitchen whether that is cooking, eating, gaming, watching movies or TV, or just generally chatting. We cook meals together sometimes too! Having said all this we both like to balance this with time to ourselves in our own space. We're always open to discussing house rules and responsibilities, and will always try to be fair to each other. If that sounds good to you, get in touch!

Bills will come to about £120-140 each per month. In addition to the security deposit, there's a £164 holding deposit per person that will come out of the first month's rent.
