We have a good-sized (3m x 3m) double room available in our comfortable house. The room is south-west facing, so it gets plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed, two under-bed storage drawers, and ample space for a desk or table. There’s also a wide hanging space and a large chest of drawers for all your belongings.

Shared kitchen, living room, one bathroom plus extra toilet.
Small outside space and a secure bike storage area.
Central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, a bath and a fantastic shower.
All bills are included as well as weekly cleaners, so there’s no need to worry about extra costs.

Great location! Just a short walk to beautiful Queen's Park, Amex, and Sussex Hospital and the beach.
Transport links: On the 7, 2, and 1 bus routes, only 20 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes to Churchill Square. Just 5 minutes to the seafront.
Parking: Resident parking permits available through the Council.

We all enjoy having our own space but also like to socialise from time to time. We're tidy, clean, drama-free, and respectful of each other's space and privacy. We are looking for someone who shares these values.

We’re seeking a like-minded professional in their late 20s, early 30s who is very clean, considerate of shared spaces, keep the house tidy at all times and looking for a long-term stay (minimum 1 year). Sorry, no short-term let, no students, couples, or pets due to the nature of our home.

We'd like someone who will fit in well with our household and treat the space as their own.
