A light, airy loft room with double bed at the top of a Victorian family house near to Queens Park in Kemptown, Brighton. Massive, modernised house with myself & 3 young females.. All bills included, including wi-fi. Modern, well-fitted kitchen, cute retro bathroom and separate shower room, sun terrace and garden, paid parking directly outside. Also our cat, Moley.
Would prefer to have a Monday to Friday lodger but could cater for monthly let for someone friendly and chilled & considerate.
Town is a 15-20 min walk, as is Brighton station, with lovely Kemptown village and the beach at the bottom of the road.
