5 MONTH LET in Happy healthy shared house

A beautiful semi detached home in a residential area of Lewes - approx 15 mins walk to the centre. Nice, safe neighbourhood, free on street parking. Super Close to nature and walks on the South Downs, not far from transport links.

This is an interesting, eclectic and high vibe home. Kids flown the nest. I am well travelled, open minded, into healthy living.

There are many plants, bright, clean, colourful with upcycled furniture and lots of character. Big garden and yoga deck. Which you are welcome to use.

No smokers preferred. Or very mindful smokers considered. Away from the main house at the top of garden.

I welcome an open minded male or female with good energy to join our happy healthy house. This doesn't mean you have to be happy all the time, but the contract is based on you bringing good energy and good will to contribute to an awesome house vibe.

You must be self responsible emotionally and mentally and for cleaning up after yourself, I'd like that you are willing to muck in with communal house jobs such as gardening, hoovering, cleaning.

I would love that you are into healthy living / have a positive mindset, into good communication and used to living with others.

Please NOTE there is a cat in the house.

Vegans/vegetarians and non vegans welcome, we are a gluten free house but you don't need to be.

You must be working or studying out of the house at least 4 days per week, general office hours - there can be flexibility around this - As I work from home.
