Spacious open plan two bedroomed house in a stylish modern development with great views over the downs.. just a few minutes walk from station and shops. The room comes fully furnished and has large built on cupboards. Underground parking could also be available (open to negotiation). I am a vegetarian so I would prefer to share my home with someone who is sympathetic to this. There is an office on the terrace which could be used to work from home (again open to negotiation on this ). An elderly cat is also in residence. I work full time at a nearby university.
