Available to female lodgers only, no couples please. Minimum stay 3 months.

A private, fully furnished, recently refurbished ground-floor suite is available within my home in the beautiful historic town of Lewes, East Sussex. Excellent location, in a quiet private road, 15-minute walk to Lewes railway station with easy access to London (1 hour), Gatwick airport (30 mins) and Brighton (15 mins), 5-minute walk to the bus stop with regular services to Brighton and the Universities.

I am a single mum and my children live with me 50% of the time. For this reason, the accommodation is available to female lodgers only, and I ask that there are no overnight guests. We have one friendly cat, so unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and would particularly welcome an international lodger. I have a particular interest in Japanese culture and enjoy learning about life in Japan. I would be delighted to welcome Japanese students, researchers or professionals who are studying or working in the South East.

£500 deposit refundable at the end of the lodging agreement, subject to the suite being left clean, undamaged and with any outstanding rent or agreed charges paid.
