I have a bright double room very close to Lewes station available now, with all bills included. Hoping to find a friendly, considerate and sociable person to share the space.
It’s a two bedroom ground floor flat, ideally located for transport / the town / countryside and very easy and convenient for two people to share. I work from home in the sitting room so ideally looking for someone who’ll be working / studying elsewhere during the day (although we can work it out). Definitely not a party pad but would be great to find someone who’ll enjoy a chat when we’re both in.
No smoking, no couples and sadly no pets. We have off street parking and lovely neighbours - it’s a great place to live with everything you need on your doorstep and could not be more convenient for Lewes, Brighton, the universities at Falmer and beyond!
