Bright double room very close to Lewes station available from January. Fully-furnished with shared use of kitchen and bathroom. Includes all bills and wifi. Can be for short or longer term (one month plus), so let me know what you're looking for.

I am looking to share my home with a mature and responsible person, working or studying full time, who is able to respect someone else's space (and hopefully I'll offer you the same!) The flat is a good size for two people but not for lots more - definitely not a party house! But it would be great to find someone friendly and sociable who'll share a chat when we're both in and I hope you'll feel at home here.

NB Probably not suitable for working from home but there are alternatives close by in Lewes for homeworkers (eg the library or Depot cinema bar.) Very easy access to Brighton and Sussex University.

Free parking. No couples, no pets & no smokers. Available from January as it is currently occupied.
