Very central room near Lewes station, bills incl

Bright double room, ideally located very close to Lewes station. Looking for a considerate, tidy and sociable person to share my home. Most recently has worked for short stays but open to different options, so get in touch for a chat.

It’s a two bedroom ground floor flat with shared kitchen and bathroom, very close to public transport / the town / countryside. Definitely not a party pad but would be great to find someone friendly who’ll enjoy a chat when we’re both in, as well as helping take care of the space and keep it feeling like home.

We have free off street parking (rare in Lewes!) and lovely neighbours - it’s a great place to live, with everything you need on your doorstep and could not be more convenient for Lewes, Brighton, the Universities at Falmer / Moulescoomb and beyond. I work from home 3-4 days per week so would suit someone working elsewhere in the day.

No smoking, no couples and sadly no pets. All bills included. If shorter term (1-3 months) would usually charge £750 per month with a £375 deposit, while for longer term / ongoing can charge £700 per month with £700 deposit.
