FEMALE preferred beautiful flat short term

I have a a beautiful first floor flat in the heart of Little Common, Bexhill with a large roof top terrace furnished with sofa/chairs and table and chairs.

Off road parking in a Mews setting close to shops and distance to Cooden Beach rail station is 1 mile so around 19mins walk. Bus stops very close.

The flat has been completely refurbished and it is a shared bathroom with shower (no bath)

I work 5 days a week for NHS home and office. so you will need to be very mindful when im working from home due to the confidential nature of my work and concentration levels required as i use the lounge

I am looking for someone to rent the double room who is respectful and considerate when sharing kitchen and bathroom and is comfortable with their own space.

I prefer my own space but am sociable so you will need to be like minded. I am a very young 67 year old wo is regularly holidaying abroad.

This is a short term/temporary room share not long term and therefore limited to minimum possessions
