Buses to both Brighton and Sussex universities.
20 min walk to Brighton uni, 25 min walk to Sussex uni

I have a 9 year old long dog who is super gentle and calm, he’s an excellent housemate

I’m easy going and clean/tidy. it’s a nice chilled home environment

Big sofabed in the living room if you ever have friends/family visiting.

*note: I work in the living room 3-4 hours Mon, Weds and Thurs (sometimes a couple of hours on Saturday mornings) teaching piano. There’s still full access to everywhere else at those times so hopefully it won’t be annoying except hearing some piano every now and then.
