The room has a small double bed, hybrid mattress (used by just one other person with a protector), small desk, shelves, clothes rail and storage over the bed. If you don't want any of these just let me know and we can work something out.

I have a 10 year old dog who is super gentle, quiet and an excellent housemate. He loves attention and sleeping.

I’m easy going and clean/tidy. I'm a bit of an introvert so enjoy my own space most of the time but of course happy to hang out.
*note: I work in the living room 3-4 hours Mon, to Thurs teaching piano. There’s still full access to everywhere else at those times so hopefully it won’t be annoying except hearing some piano every now and then. Apart from those hours the living room is shared as usual.

** I'm just including this because I know some people have real fears of spiders and it could be a deal breaker - because we are the last row of houses before the woods, in the autumn and winter there are sometimes spiders that find their way in. I'm more than happy to be spider control and get them out if they do, I just wanted to mention it in case you're super scared and maybe it's not the right place for you.

Lastly, I know moving is expensive so if the deposit is too much at the beginning we can break it up over a few months or work something out.
