Rent is £651.79/month, and we have a bills package with UniHomes for £100.81/month (covers electricity, water, gas, TV licence, internet). The property has a large kitchen/living area and a decent sized garden too. Tenancy should begin in mid-September, although this will have to be confirmed with the letting agent.

The house is a 20 minute walk from the University of Sussex/Brighton University Falmer Campus, within a 5 minute walk of bus stops that service the main routes into Brighton (such as the 25 and 49) giving easy access to the city. Also a 10-15 minute walk from Falmer Station.
