I have a fantastic room available that comes with its own private bathroom. I travel frequently, so I’m looking for someone who takes pride in their living space.

The room features a wonderful balcony with stunning views, and all bills are included. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the train station with direct trains to London, and only 30 minutes to Brighton.

I want someone to truly feel at home here, not just as if they are sharing a room. The space includes a king-sized bed, a double wardrobe with drawers underneath, a desk, a side table, a lamp, and a small dressing table.

Please note that this opportunity is not suited for students or those who work from home; with rising electricity and gas prices, this arrangement isn’t feasible. I’m often away—up to 20 days a month—and I need someone who knows how to maintain cleanliness and tidiness.
