I am a professional live in landlord and am looking for a professional and respectful flatmate who has a considerate attitude toward myself and other house occupants. You will have to have a mature and independent nature.
ROOM DETAILS
The double room has been beautifully refurbished with character features.
It is fully furnished to a high standard. There are excellent storage facilities with two double wardrobes, two bedside cabinets, a desk and chair, large chest of drawers, lots of shelving space and a very comfortable double bed.
There are plenty of electric sockets, with USB charging connections. There is direct ethernet access to high speed Internet in your room, plus WiFi throughout the house.
FACILITIES
Shared bathroom and kitchen, also newly refurbished.
The bathroom has electric charging points, plus your own shelving and cabinet space.
The kitchen is newly installed, with induction hob, microwave, electric oven and large fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped, including toaster/kettle etc., with all utensils, crockery and pans you will need. You have use of your own cupboard and shelves and personal fridge/freezer space.
COSTS INCLUDED
Water, Gas and Electricity, Broadband, and Council Tax.
LOCATION
The room is within a newly refurbished terraced house within a quiet residential area of Newhaven. It is a short walk to Newhaven Town station with regular trains to Lewes/Falmer/Brighton/Seaford, with connections on to London. A bus stop at the end of the road takes you on the coastal route to Brighton or Eastbourne.
The house is ten minutes walk from Newhaven Marina and a beautiful river walk to quiet, undisturbed beaches. Also within easy walking distance of shops, supermarkets and Cafes.
