Comfortable furnished double bedroom available in 2 bed Victorian terraced house in Newhaven, to share with me and my Patterdale terrier dog. Shared use of spacious ground floor dining / kitchen area, and a cozy front room. House has bare wooden floors (with rugs)and stripped doors. GFCH (new boiler), good Wi-Fi , microwave, gas stove/ oven, fridge and fridge/freezer.
New shower / loo on ground floor only.
Accessible ground floor via 1 step from
street level- but stairs are quite steep.
Attractive small patio garden. Some
storage space available in attic room, if needed.
3 mins walk to bus stop into Brighton or towards Seaford.
11 mins walk to train station.
Newhaven has a couple of cafes, several
pubs, a pop up craft brewery bar, a gym, pool and easy to access shops for all day to day needs. Bills included.
I’m an active, middle aged woman. I work as a freelance PA and gardener. I have many interests.
Love music, comedy, animals, countryside, nature, current affairs, etc. Leftish/greenish outlook. Not vegetarian but not a big meat eater.
