We are very close to The Ferry Port, Train Station & Bus Stops for easy access to Brighton, Lewes, Eastbourne, London Gatwick Airport, London and even France!
Your rate is on a *HALF BOARD* basis, you have access to the kitchen for breakfast, where you will find a Nespresso Virtuo and also Filter Coffee. It also includes all bills, wi-fi & laundry. The living room (empty usually) has Sky Sports & Sky Cinema.
Would suit a professional working on contract or relocating.
The only rule is being noiseless from 11pm-7am. Preferably sleeping.
