Double en suite bedroom in large 4 bedroomed house

A beautifully furnished double room in a 4 bedroomed farmhouse. Lodger to share all areas of the house. Exercise room. A large bathroom with walk in shower. Huge country kitchen with Aga. Lounge and snug with double sided log burner. On a bus route with buses stopping just 200 yards down the lane. Good bus service to Brighton and Eastbourne. Plenty of car parking in private driveway. Sharing house with female retired owner occupier (I have my own bathroom), and also a golden retriever, so applicants must like dogs. There are two staircases so the accommodation is very private. The exercise room is available to use, or as extra space to store belongings or possibly an office if required. Although on a great bus route, a car is really essential. If the room is let on application there is a self-contained annexe available from 23rd November 2026.
