Ensuite room with separate private living space

Furnished double room with ensuite and triple wardrobe. There is also a separate private room next door for you to use as a living room if wanted. Shared kitchen with high end appliances. Huge garden, lots of outside space.

We self built our house and have spare rooms available (it's a big house council tax band G) so no-one is on top of each other). We are a family of 4 with 2 quiet kids aged 11 and 15 and 2 cats who are not allowed upstairs in the bedroom areas. Cannot have dogs due to allergies unfortunately and only female housemates please.

Newick is a rural village surrounded by green space with 3 pubs, cafe, bakery, postoffice and corner shops. Although on a bus route to Haywards Heath, Lewes, Uckfield - the buses are not particularly frequent so may suit a car driver. Extremely peaceful and green area - approx 20 mins from lewes, 15 mins to Haywards Heath and 10 mins to Uckfield. Happy to discuss length of stay.
