Newly refurbished, clean and modern double room available in ground floor flat.
Would suit professionals working in the Lewes, Brighton, Crawley, Haywards Heath area or working at Glyndebourne Festival and needing a bed and communal kitchen/bathroom for stays of 1-4 nights per week.
Room is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers/mirror, bed side table, desk, book shelf and smart tv.
Open planned kitchen dining room, shared bathroom with over bath shower, central heating. Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric over, fridge/freezer, microwave and slimline dishwasher.
Parking available with intercom secure access to building. No garden but really close to parkland and rural footpaths.
Would need a vehicle as it’s very rural but with walkable bus to rail connections.
Phone signal isn't great but I use wifi calling and whatsapp and can still get text messages.
Deposit can be discussed depending on terms.
Lady owner lives in full time but works as a professional 5 days per week and likes a peaceful life with early nights, plenty of downtime, walking and yoga so late night party animals would not be compatible.
