Leave the car at home and cycle or walk (15 mins cycle to the hospital). Regular buses into town (10 mins) and space for car on quiet road. 10 mins drive to Sussex Uni.

Shared modern bathroom and new kitchen with all mod cons. Lovely garden too and views towards the sea.

I live here with my 20 year old son, who works, and a small very friendly dog, who doesn't. I work from home of course but we are both in and out all the time. It is a friendly, easy-going, mostly quiet, household.

This place would suit a professional or mature student who can just get on with things and is happy to be on their own but also likes a chat. It is the perfect place to wind down.
