Bright and sunny double room near Brighton Marina

Lovely bright, clean double room overlooking fields in Ovingdean Village just down road from Brighton Marina and Kemptown. Very useful for the hospital and Amex. Leave the car at home and cycle or walk (15 mins cycle to the hospital). Regular buses into town (10 mins) and space for car on quiet road. 10 mins drive to Sussex Uni. We've had many spare room lodgers so we are very used to sharing our space!

Modern bathroom shared with one other and beautiful kitchen with all mod cons. Lovely garden too and views towards the sea. Energy is mostly renewable with solar PV, solar thermal and heat pump.

I live here with my partner and 23 year old daughter. My partner and I work from home but we are both busy and often out in the evening and weekends. It is a friendly, easy-going, mostly quiet, household.

This place would suit a professional or mature student who can just get on with things and is happy to be on their own but also likes a chat. It is the perfect place to wind down. Hope to see you soon!
