Leave the car at home and cycle or walk (15 mins cycle to the hospital). Regular buses into town (10 mins) and space for car on quiet road. 10 mins drive to Sussex Uni.

Shared modern bathroom and new kitchen with all mod cons. Lovely garden too and views towards the sea.

I live here with my partner and 24 year old son. My partner and I work from home but we are both busy and often out in the evening and weekends. It is a friendly, easy-going, mostly quiet, household.

This place would suit a professional or mature student who can just get on with things and is happy to be on their own but also likes a chat. It is the perfect place to wind down.
