My name is Briony.
I am 33, I have a son who is 7.
Attends private school 8am-6pm Monday-Friday,
We are out every weekend.
He goes to bed at 7pm everynight.
It is a fairly quiet household given there are few people here.
My mum currently lives with me who is 61, she is a school teacher so is at work most of the time and i run my own business and work 4 days a week.
It is a very big house with 3 floors. The room is a cosy double room with ensuite and gives great views the beach is a 5 minute walk.
It is in a beautiful location, 10 minute walk to bus stops on seafront, also a bus stop outside the house which buses come less frequent into brighton.
Brighton is a 10 minute bus ride from my house.
The beach is also 10 minute walk.
I have a dog Betsy who is 11 who is very friendly and calm.
It is a quiet home even though very big as we are always out and go to bed super early.
I also have 2 other lodgers from spare room one is a dermatologist at RSCH and the other is a dental nurse they are in their own rooms also with ensuites.
