5 Bed House, Ovingdean Brighton

Hi,

My name is Briony.

I am 33, I have a son who is 7.
Attends school 8am-6pm Monday-Friday,
We are out every weekend.

He is very much in bed by 7pm everynight.

My mum currently lives with me who is 61, she is a school teacher so is at work most of the time and i run my own business and work 4 days a week.

I also have a lodger poppy who is almost 20, she is super quiet either at work or in her bedroom and is cabin crew for british airways.

It is a very big house with 3 floors. The top floor has a huge cosy double room with its own dressing room and ensuite. So it will be very private.

It is in a beautiful location, 10 minute walk to bus stops on seafront, also a bus stop outside the house which buses come less frequent into brighton.

Brighton is a 10 minute bus ride from my house.

The beach is also 10 minute walk.

I have a dog Betsy who is 10 who is very friendly and calm.

It is a quiet home even though very big as we are always out and go to bed super early.
