Off street parking and the house is located near 3 bus routes (5B, 5 and 5A). It's also very close to the A23/A27, easy access to Worthing, Eastbourne, Crawley, Gatwick etc. As well as Sussex and Brighton Universities.

Looking for a student or professional who doesn't mind cats. You would be sharing the house with myself and 4 year old. We need someone who will respect our family home. Sorry, no smokers/vapers or pets.
