Would suit a busy professional with a healthy lifestyle.. non smokers only (Preferably single occupancy& not wfh, but would consider the right busy couple).

1-who will be staying (age, your job, income, work pattern i. e. 9-5, WFH?.. )

2-soonest availability to move, reason for your move& Where you currently live? Reference and GUARANTOR availability?

3-lifestyle:(smoking, pets, children…Any specific requirements or lifestyle that is relevant ? )

4-citizenship/ visa requirements/ right to rent if relevant.

Would consider one SMALL pet.
