Lovely small annexe that is connected to the main house but has its own access at the side of the house. 1 double bed,/en-suite shower room. kitchen/lounge area. It is furnished but can be offered unfurnished.
Kitchen has double electric hob (if required) air fryer, microwave, kettle
NO OVEN and NO WASHING MACHINE but there is a great launderette 5 mins walk from property.
Only working people please to apply.
No work from home though.
Rent includes broadband and utility bills

Would consider someone with a well behaved dog or cat but there is no cat flat and no option to fit one to the French doors.

Proof that you can pay the monthly rent is required.

Would consider someone who is relocating or needs a short term let
