I would like to rent a room has 2 cupboards with TV & DVD's player. There is a dressing table. The bed is Airbed. Side table with radio, lamp and bin. New bedding.

Separate toilet and Shower.

The kitchen is brand new there is a cupboard and fridge space for you. Always Clear and clean ie. no washing in the sink. There is a mircrowave, Washing machine.

There is a conservatory for social space and garden chairs to sit outside on a sunny day.

If I am away they are our neighbour who can check the house.

The house is very quiet and clean, well organised and safe. So relaxed and feel very quiet.

I am home most of the time.
I can clean the room and do the washing if you need me to.
This is NOT a party house so no family and friends.

The bungalow has a private driveway. Free parking & No permits required.

NO WIFI (You have to use your own dater)

Bus number 12,12A,12X can take you to Brighton. The Bus run every 10 minutes and every 20 minutes on weekends.
Nearby Shops, pubs and cafes.
7 minutes walk to the beach.
