I am a live in landlord who works in London.

I have two double bedrooms which I am looking to rent out to lodgers. The lodgers will have sole use of the family bathroom.

Single occupancy preferred - but would discuss a couple and effect on monthly cost.

The double rooms are furnished with chest of drawers and hanging space.

There is also a downstairs study available if a tenant needs to work from home.

Gas, water, electricity and internet all included in the rental amount.

Any early move in date or shorter let can be discussed.

Property is due to be sold in late 2027.
