2x Double Rooms to rent in a lovely 4 bed house

I am a live in landlord who works in London 5 days a week.

I have two double bedrooms which I am looking to potentially rent out 1 or both of the rooms, depending on interest and prospective tenant preference.

I will consider a single person, a couple or even a single person/couple with a child.

The two double rooms are furnished and share the main family bathroom (I have my own en suite) as well having access to a downstairs toilet.

There is also a downstairs study available if a tenant needs to work from home.

Gas, water, electricity, internet all included in the rental amount.
£80 to cover the difference in council tax will be required if the tenant(s) are not students.
