The House & Location:
You will be sharing a warm, cozy, and relaxed family home (complete with friendly pets!). We are located in a lovely, peaceful area of Polegate:
• Transport: Just a short, flat 10-15 minute walk to the local bus stops and the main train station, making it perfect for commuters to Eastbourne, Brighton, or London.
• Parking: Off-road parking space is fully available if you drive.
House Rules:
To keep the home environment relaxed and stress-free for everyone, we have a few simple boundaries:
1. The room is strictly for single occupancy (no overnight guests or external visitors).
2. Clean-as-you-go in the kitchen shared spaces.
3. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect sleep schedule

We are looking for a clean, respectful, and reliable working professional, interim contractor, or healthcare worker looking for a comfortable "home away from home" on a short-term basis. We are highly flexible on duration and are also very open to a Monday-to-Friday arrangement if you commute for work and head home at weekends!
