Lovely Little Room

We are located in a very family oriented area. A small shop at a walking distance. Buss stop close by. It goes very often and if you take number 1X the journey to town is about 30 min.
You will be living with two happy females. We are very clean and organised. We have two cats.
we are looking for someone who is happy, clean, honest female.
Room itself very cosy and very sunny and furnished with single bed, three door wardrobe, dressing table/desk, and a side lamp that has a remote control and changes colors.
I work 5/7 and my Daughter works from home. we love music, art and movie nights. there is washing machine and a small dishwasher available you don't have to worry about cleaning as such as long as you keep your part clean

ideally age 25+ , preferably female. I'm looking housemate who is honest, tidy, considerate, quiet and happy! working professional.
My daughter and I are quiet, friendly and love relaxing after busy day at work.
