You’ll have use of the shared kitchen, dining area and garden with a large decked area and outdoor furniture. Wi-Fi and household bills are included.

There is free on-street parking, a bus stop approximately 1 minute away with the 1 and 1X buses providing links to Brighton and surrounding areas, and a Co-op around a 5-minute walk away.

Hybrid working is welcome.

We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful, clean and considerate who will enjoy living in a family home. Pork products, including bacon and ham, cannot be brought into or cooked in the house for religious reasons. No alcohol may be consumed anywhere on the property. Smoking is permitted outside in the garden only.
