Description

The room is south/south west facing and hence it is very bright and full of sunshine, it is approx 4m x 4m, and the bathroom is approx 2.6m x 1.5m. New shutters will be fitted soon instead of the current venetian blinds.
It is freshly decorated and has a newly fitted kitchenette, and full size integrated quiet fridgefreezer. There is cooking facilities which are all new plus a new 43in smart TV, so its well equipped, almost like a little studio, though the washing machine is in the houses main kitchen/living area.
The new bed is a king size and the new lodger can choose their own bedding and duvet etc which il happily pay for.
The ensuite bathroom is a good size with a large shower.

The home has a friendly, warm feel to it, with a bright open plan lounge-kitchen area leading off to the garden.
Situated in a quiet cul de sac, 15 minutes walk to Hove beach, and 5 minutes walk to Portslade train station and Aldi too .. ( there is also Iceland and tescos plus the big sainsburys if you are in the mood for a big shop)
The journey time on the train from Portslade to Brighton is 8 minutes.
Buses run from the same location.
There is also space on the driveway for parking👌

The bedrooms and the lounge have their own smart TV and fast wifi.

About me, i am from Brighton originally, i am a hardworking and happy person, easy going, calm and relaxed though i am always busy one way or another.
Interests include fitness, classic cars and engineering, family, friends, nightlife, holidays and most things fun. 🥳🥂

The vibe is very relaxed, openminded and chilled with the odd occasional drinks evening though the majority of evenings are uneventful and quiet, we tend to be mostly independant, make something to eat then go to our rooms. ( or use a food delivery service 😋☺️)
Saying that im social and up for a natter over a cuppa, or a drink 😉 whenever im around home, or if you fancy gym or a run i do both regularly 💪🏃🏽‍♂️
I work for an airline and so i am away from home regularly, and the other housemates work full time, im often outside working on my car, or doing general faffing so the main living area is often free, there is certainly never any fighting for the bathroom either.
We are respectful and considerate and keep the main living space clean and tidy, which along with being considerate of noise helps maintain a happy harmonious home 👌🥂

The summerhouse ( shed with windows ☺️) at the end of the garden is a fairly new addition, and adds to the overall spaces for housemates to relax.
