Rent a single room in a friendly Muslim house in Portslade. It is a 4 bedroom house with 1 bathroom.
You are welcome to use the living room and the kitchen.
No parking restircition on the street.
Located on the church road bus route (nearest bus stop is very close) and only 7 mins walk to Portslade train station.
Nearby also Tesco, Aldi, halal supermarkets, laundry, post office and plenty of food outlets.
The beach and parks are within walking distance.

The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, drawer, desk and chair. It is located easy access to the bathroom. This is a Halal household, so we’d prefer a MALE Muslim student or a professional ( other adults are male).
All bills inclusive, the WIFI is available, and the council tax isn’t a payable cost (this is a student let).

The room will be available from September 2023 until August 2024 (date negotiable, short lets is considered with a minimum 2 weeks preferred).
