Lovely room in a quiet home near easy access transport and amenities for a working professional in a clean and well looked after family home, with me a mum, my 12 year old son and a very friendly cat.

Free parking available on the street. Lovely access to garden, that you can spend time to unwind and relax as much or as little as you want.

Suited to someone working out of the home Mon to Fri as i do noise sensitive work from home (only in daytime). Great place if you are in a transition and are looking for a home for minimum 6 months.

Room comes with all furniture, standing bedside table and light, bed and mattress, most bedding, desk and chair and there is an area to hang clothes plus shelving unit.

The home is in the area of Portslade, 3 minute walk to Fishersgate train station that gets you into Brighton station in 10 min. Short walk to supermarkets, parks and many shops.

No.1 bus also a short walk from here, gets you to Central Brighton in 20 minutes.

This is for a non smoker and someone who would enjoy a quiet home and more of a grounded and positive vibe but who is independent and have their own life.

We are house trained and would appreciate if you are too and are respectful of others and sharing space. Would also appreciate someone who is consientious of energy usage and not being wasteful, even though i tend to be very generous with use of heating and make sure this is a warm home.

Happy to join us for a meal occasionally equally totally respectful for those that want complete independence.
