This is a lovely room in a quiet home near easy access transport and amenities for a working professional in a clean and well looked after family home.

You will be sharing with me a 47 year old woman, my 12 year old son and one affectionate cat. Because I work from home as a coach, I’m ideally looking for someone who works outside the house.

Lovely access to garden, that you can spend time to unwind and relax as much or as little as you want.

Room comes with all furniture, standing bedside table and light, bed and a really great quality mattress, most bedding, desk and chair and there is an area to hang clothes plus shelving unit.

Kitchen offers spacious cupboard for your food and you get access to all kitchen equipment, pots, pans and cutlery.

The home is in the area of Portslade, 3 minute walk to Fishersgate train station that gets you into Brighton station in 10 min. Short walk to supermarkets, parks and many shops.

No.1 bus also a short walk from here, gets you to Central Brighton in no time.

This is for a non smoker and someone who would enjoy a quiet home.

We are house trained and would appreciate if you are too and are respectful of others. Generous use of heating, i make sure this is a warm home and heating comes on automatically whatever the time you need to get up for work.
