Room comes with all furniture, bed and mattress, desk and there is an area to hang clothes plus shelving unit.

The home is in the area of Portslade, 3 minute walk to Fishersgate train station that gets you into Brighton station in 10 min or in a 25 minutes bus journey.

I work from home and this room will suit someone WORKING FULL TIME ONLY OUT OF THE HOME. Sorry no couples or families as i already live here with my son.

Bills are included in the rent.

Co op and off licence 7 minute walk from the house, and Boundary road high street shops 8 minute walk away.

Bus stop is a 4 minute walk to town with a regular service and Fishersgate train station is 3 minute walk from here.

The home is in a very quiet location and you will be sharing with myself a creative woman and my very funny and entertaining 11 year old son plus our friendly cat Isabella.

This is for a non smoker, someone independent and someone who would enjoy a quiet home and more of a grounded vibe.
