You will be sharing with me a 47 year old woman working as a coach and an advocate, my 12 year old son and a friendly cat.

Because I work from home as a coach, I’m ideally looking for someone who works outside the house for most of the week.

Lovely access to garden, that you can spend time to unwind and relax as much or as little as you want.

Room comes with all furniture, bedside table and light, bed and a good quality mattress, also desk and chair and there is an area to hang clothes plus shelving unit.

Kitchen offers spacious cupboard for your food and you get access to all kitchen equipment, pots, pans and cutlery. You re welcome to add dome of yours if you have (not necessary though).

The home is in Portslade, 3 minute walk to Fishersgate train station that gets you into Brighton in 10 min. Short walk to supermarkets, parks and many shops. Portslade station in 12 min walk and gets you to London directly.

No.1 bus also a 3min walk from here.

This is for a non smoker and someone who would enjoy a quiet home that likes to be kept clean, tidy and relaxed. Somewhere you can really unwind when you get home.

We are house trained and would appreciate if you are too and are respectful of others. This is ideal for someone that wants their home to be a sanctuary and a calm space.

Generous use of heating, i make sure this is a warm home and heating comes on automatically whatever the time you need to get up for work.
