This is for a non smoker/ no drinker and someone who would enjoy a quiet home that likes to be kept clean, tidy and relaxed.

We are house trained and need you to be too and are respectful of others. This is ideal for someone that wants their home to be a sanctuary and a calm space. We have a quiet home from 10pm so someone who respects that.

You will be sharing with me a 47 year old woman working as a coach and an advocate, my 12 year old actor son and our friendly cat Isabella.

Because I work from home, I’m looking for someone who works outside the house full time (weekdays) so this will not be the right home for you if this doesn't apply.

Room comes with all furniture, bedside table and light, bed and a good quality mattress, also desk and chair and there is an area to hang clothes plus shelving unit.

Kitchen offers spacious cupboard space and you get access to all kitchen equipment, pots, pans and cutlery. You re welcome to add yours if not too many.

The home is in Portslade, 3 minute walk to Fishersgate train station that gets you into Brighton in 10 min. Short walk to supermarkets, parks and many shops. Portslade station in 12 min walk and gets you to London directly.

No.1 bus also a 3min walk from here. gets you to town in 20mins.

We need you to be energy conscious even though we offer generous use of heating and i make sure this is a warm home.

Heating comes on automatically whatever the time you need to get up for work in winter.
