- Those happy to cook by latest 10pm each night.

This is a spacious double room in a quiet home near easy access transport and amenities for a daytime working professional out of the house, in a clean and well looked after family home.

Free parking available off the street and shed space for a bike.

You will be sharing with me a 48 year old woman working as a coach and an advocate, my 12 year old actor son and our friendly cat Isabella.

Happy to do a rolling agreement (month to month) or something more fixed. It's more important for us to share with the right person than any person when it comes down to it.

Because I work from home, I’m looking for someone who works outside the house full time (weekdays) so this will not be the right home for you if this doesn't apply.

This is for a non smoker. We like a low key and relaxed home so this would suit someone looking for the same and who does not feel like a stranger but can say hello, have occasional banter and interact in the kitchen garden and shared spaces etc. That being said its ok if you re more of a private person and introverted (so are we).

You need you to be house trained and be respectful of sharing with others and we will promise the same.

This is ideal for someone that wants their home to be a sanctuary and a calm space. We have a quiet home from 10pm so someone who respects that.

You get lovely access to the garden, that you can spend time to unwind.

Room comes with all furniture, bedside table and light, bed and a good quality mattress, also desk and chair and there is an area to hang clothes plus shelving unit.

The home is in Portslade, 3 minute walk to Fishersgate train station that gets you into Brighton in 10 min. Short walk to supermarkets, parks and many shops. Portslade station in 12 min walk and gets you to London directly.

No.1 bus also a 3min walk from here. gets you to town in 20mins.

We need you to be energy conscious even though we offer generous use of heating and i make sure this is a warm home.

Heating comes on automatically whatever the time you need to get up for work in winter.
