The home is in the area of Portslade, 3 minute walk to Fishersgate train station that gets you into Brighton station in 10 min. Short walk to supermarkets, parks and shops.
No.1 bus also a short walk from here, gets you to Central Brighton in 20 minutes.
This is for a non smoker and someone who would enjoy a quiet home and more of a grounded and positive vibe.
