Room in lovely bright house with en suite bathroom

There is a staircase from the kitchen/diner to the light spacious double room with ensuite bathroom.
2 dorma windows facing south and north north.

The house is 2 minutes to the bus stop with buses to Brighton every 10 minites and 10 mins walk to the Downs and Mileoak farm with shop and cafe.
The Co-op down the road open until 11pm every night.

I'm looking for someone who is generally self sufficient and tidy, but im happy to sometimes share a meal and a chat. Ideally working full time outside of the home but students possible too.
It's a homely quiet house .... friendly and also respect for personal space.
