Very nice, Clean and decorated room, fully furnished, single bed, very good bus service to central brighton, sharing with middle aged married couple and very friendly dog, full time working person or student only, female preferred but may consider male, strictly no smoking or vaping, no pets allowed, rent is £550 per calender month (payable in advance)with optional £50 extra per month for laundry and ironing, sorry but the rent amount is NOT negotiable, and your contact phone number is required,
